Beachfront Dentistry is one of the SAFEST places you can be. Dentistry is a profession of obsessive-compulsive cleaners. All of our treatment rooms are cleaned with hospital-grade disinfectants before and after each patient. All of our instruments are heat and pressure sterilized to ensure your safety. FAQ's

Our patients have had specific questions. We wanted to provide the answers for all of you who might be sharing the same concerns:

1. What do I need to know before my appointment?

We are taking all necessary protocols to protect our patients and staff. Before entering our office, one of our team members will be taking your temperature with a digital thermometer. There will be a short COVID questionnaire form that we will verbalize to you.

2. What do I do if I feel ill?

We ask that if you are exhibiting any COVID-19 related symptoms, kindly call our office to reschedule your appointment.

3. What will the practice look like?

We have removed most of the chairs in our waiting room so that patients can maintain a safe social distance from one another. Unfortunately, our magazines and coffee machine will no longer be present. However, we will still have water available to you. Our front desk area will also have clear plastic guards to protect you and our front office staff.

4. What changes have you made to the patient rooms?

Prior to beginning our appointments, we will require patients to rinse with a peroxide base mouth rinse. You will notice that much of operatory space has been cleared of all unnecessary items, and we have taken steps to place plastic barriers on the surfaces most commonly touched by our team during procedures.

All of our procedures and hygiene appointments will be under either rubber dam isolation, or high evacuation suction (Isodry). This will help eliminate the amount of aerosols produced during our appointments, and will further protect our staff and patients.

Further, all of our treatment and hygiene rooms will have high-efficiency particulate air (HEPA) filters.

Combined with our meticulous and thorough cleaning of each space between all appointments, we are confident that we are doing everything possible to ensure a clean and safe environment for our patients and staff.
